Are You Salivating for Salmon?

Hi there! It has been some time since I posted. I havn't had many opportunities to get out and explore Oklahoma eats lately, but I did return to Coolgreens' Edmond location on my birthday and ordered the Salmon Salad. Wow! Salmon is my favorite type of fish and I eat it whenever I can. Their salmon was cooked well and served atop a bed of field greens, beans, peppers, and more. The accompanying dressing was also delicious. Again, this place knows how to serve flavorful food.
